If your Wyze Solar Panel isn’t charging the Wyze Cam Outdoor, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try. Ensure the solar panel is securely connected with the proper cables and that the camera is powered on.
The solar panel should be placed in direct sunlight, ideally at a 30º angle for optimal charging. Additionally, keep the panel’s surface clean and check for a flashing red status light on the camera to indicate charging.
